Since 1966 in this area
The far-sighted Aldo, back in 1966, decided to convert the land he owned at Planpincieux, which had been used until then for grazing, into an area equipped to accommodate people visiting Val Ferret. Initially, there were no facilities providing services other than a small wooden chalet serving as a house/reception and information point for the stay at the campsite. From then to now, the campsite has always been run with passion and heart by our family, with the goal of providing a welcoming place to let everyone discover this wonderland.

Camping Grandes Jorasses is connected to the starting point of the Mont Blanc cable cars and to the center of Courmayeur by a convenient shuttle service.
The shuttle service that also allows you to reach the valley floor, from where you can go on numerous hikes and the world-famous tour du Mont Blanc.
